LNL Builds began with brothers Blake and Vann, both builders long before they became business partners. Before forming LNL, each spent years working independently in construction and development, learning on job sites, in city halls, and around kitchen islands where design became real life. Coming together wasn’t about building more homes; it was about building better ones.

Both live on the Eastside with their families, so every project is treated like a future neighbor will be walking through that front door. Quality isn’t a buzzword for them, it’s the framing you don’t see, the waterproofing you never worry about, and the finishes that feel right the first time and the thousandth.
